Members of the Executive Board are asked to attend the quarterly meeting (or send a representative). Board Members are encouraged to send in their reports to the Secretary and/or President prior to the meeting. The meeting agenda, minutes from the last meeting, and the Zoom link will be e-mailed out to the Executive Board Members prior to the meeting. If you are a member of the Executive Board and have not received the information one week prior to the meeting, please reach out to President George Chick.
