Members of the Full Board are asked to attend the quarterly meeting (or send a representative). Board Members are encouraged to send in their reports to the Secretary two weeks prior to the meeting. The meeting agenda (including bylaws, finances, membership, publications, and more) and minutes from the last meeting will be e-mailed out to the Board Members prior to the meeting.
